Program eligibility.

Clients must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Must be HIV positive (HIV Ryan White program only)
• Must be a Broward County resident; and
• Must have an income less than or equal to 400% of the Federal Poverty Line. Must provide proof.
• Valid ID

Eligibility is contingent upon verification, ensuring that those who qualify for services are supported

throughout the process. Verification requires documented proof of income, residency, and picture identification.

In cases where verification is unavailable, an affidavit process is utilized to establish a caretaker for residency and support. Telehealth may be used to address clients within the community.
